Privacy Policy

Pic Converter · Last updated: September 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pic Converter ("the app", "we", "us", "our") handles information. Pic Converter is an image conversion tool. We designed it so that its core work — converting your images — happens entirely on your device.

Image Processing Happens On Your Device

All image conversion happens locally on your device. Images you select are processed on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not have access to, collect, or store your images or files. Converted images and PDFs are saved to your device's storage or gallery, or shared, only at your direction.

Permissions

Pic Converter may request access to your device's photos, media, camera, and storage for the following purposes only:

These permissions are used solely for the app's core function. We do not access your video or audio files.

Advertising

Pic Converter displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google's Mobile Ads SDK). When ads are served, the advertising provider may automatically collect and use certain information, including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general app-usage interactions, and diagnostic information, for the purposes of serving and measuring ads, performing analytics, and preventing fraud and abuse. This data is handled by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can control or reset your advertising identifier in your device's system settings.

Analytics

Pic Converter may use analytics services, including Google Analytics for Firebase, to understand how the app is used and to improve it. These services may collect app-usage interactions, device and other identifiers, and diagnostic or crash information. This information is used to improve the app's performance and functionality.

Data Sharing

Aside from information handled by the advertising and analytics providers described above, Pic Converter does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. The advertising and analytics providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Security

Information transmitted by the advertising and analytics services described above is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS).

Children's Privacy

Pic Converter is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your Choices

You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time through your device's advertising settings. You can also uninstall the app to stop all further data processing by the app and its integrated services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
